The meeting will inform parents and students of the 2010-2011 8th Grade class about the opportunity to attend Sea Camp in San Diego during February of this year.

- All proceeds from this event will go to help fund the 8th Grade trip to Sea Camp in San Diego during February of 2011!!!!
- Tickets are on sale now!!!!! $5.00 for children $10.00 for adult
- All you can eat Breakfast Buffet!!!!
- Students can pick up tickets to sell from Mr. Albrecht after school anytime.

$100.00 deposit required for all 8th graders planning on attending Sea Camp. this deposit is due on Thursday September 23rd!!!!!!! Please make checks out to Bromley East Charter School. See Mr. Albrecht for any questions or concerns.

Family Portrait Fundraiser
Bromley East Charter 7th & 8th Graders have the wonderful opportunity to go to Washington DC and Sea Camp next year! Since this is a new addition to their curriculum and we know some families need additional help, we decided we would like to help them out with a Family Portrait Fundraiser. What a great way for you to help out and still get something you were probably going to get or haven't done for quite awhile!
Half of every order goes to the student who referred you about this wonderful offer!

Due Dates For Sea Camp
- As stated at both parent Sea Camp meetings that were held (Sept. 1st and Nov. 9th) and the flyer's that were sent home with your student, the due dates for Sea Camp are coming up.....
- Plane ticket payment ($214.30) is due on Wednesday December 1st
- The Remaining balance for Sea Camp is Due on Wednesday December 7th
I sent home individual invoices with students on Monday November 29th that have your remaining balances for the trip. I have taken into account all of the fundraisers that I have dealt with the finances and included them on the invoice (if your student participated in them). The fundraisers that were not accounted for on your students invoice were the ABC Fundraiser, Pampered Chef, and Lone Star Night(lone star wont have the check ready for another two weeks, so I could not include that on your original invoice).
If you have any questions regarding these dates or fundraisers for that matter, please don't hesitate to contact me at any time.
